  2. Long story short one punch man isn’t Realistic it’s a dude drawn on a piece of paper so doing his work out in real life would be pretty anti-climactic.

  3. man I am doing this from 3 months but still my body don't look athletic plz reply me and plan me a schedule
    I do have abs but they don't look attractive
    I do have builded some muscle with this but it didn't look athletic

  5. but the saitama technique could work, saitama says like this: "100 push-ups, 100 squats, 100 abs and run 10 km and every day, but he also said that even if his limbs made weird sounds or if it hurt, he made them, it could already having waited 10 years in a row that until he got the strength he was looking for, he wouldn't stop, so it could be true, you just have to try it.
